The Northwood Church held its annual picnic last Saturday, July 14th. The picnic carried on its yearly tradition with holding a program at 11am and a potluck lunch to follow. The program included special music by Byron & Peggy Staie.

The Depot was the actual train station in Goodridge back in 1914, according to GHS President, Margie Coan. She says with the depression and the loss of buildings due to a fire, the train stopped coming. The Depot was sold and sent to Grygla where it was used as the post office for many years. Margie says it was returned to Goodridge in 1995 and placed in the original spot. This photo hangs inside the Depot.
