For those that haven’t heard by now, as of Monday, April 1st, 2019, Randy McMillin is our new grocery store owner. He has purchased the Grygla Coop Store and was invited to speak at last week’s Farmer’s Union Annual Meeting.

The Red Lake County Central High School recognized two students who were selected as the Students of the Month for February. They were Annika Senum and Maddie Inda-Valdez.

On March 16, 2019, the Pennington/Red Lake County 4-H Junior Poultry Project Bowl Team competed at the Northern Regional contest held in Deer River.

Gully Tri Coop held there annual meeting Saturday March 23rd at the Gully Community Center. Entertainment was provided by Eric Mickelson. The Bethany ladies’ aide provided meals after the meeting to the attendees.

At a recent Win-E-Mac Community Education event held at Minnesota Rust, in McIntosh, shop owner, Andrea Stordahl talked to the atendees about mixing old and new to create a personal space that appeals to each person individually in their homes.
