The Grygla Early Childhood (ECFE) program held their annual Christmas supper last Wednesday night at the school. It was a full house with many families attending. 
“Hallelujah Song Christmas” with unique music on glasses filled with various amounts of water was played by the FHL Academy. Included in the musical group were Elizabeth Becket, Rosie Cassibo, Carter Knutson, Dwayne Knutson,  Elisabeth Paavola, Iris Paavola and JoyPaavola.
Friday, December 1 kicked off the Christmas season in Gonvick. Clear Waters Life Center renewed the annual Holiday Showcase that had been held in the Gonvick School gym in the 90’s.
Kendra and Kansas Jensen traveled to Fergus Falls last weekend to play a show at the Higher Grounds Coffee Shop. The end of this month, they are traveling to Tennessee to perform a Christmas show at the Dollywood Dream Resort in Pigeon Forge.
Though they weren’t writing about themselves, those original song lyrics by The Jensen Sisters couldn’t describe the duo more perfectly.
The 4149C and 4149G teams allied to win the entire tournament at NCTC last Saturday. They are, in front, Trystan Jelle and Bailey Watne. In back, L-R: Jake Ahlbeck, Abby Kiesow, Elise Monson, Julianne Nordby, Chris Luttrell and Olivia Tykward. 
The Iron Chargers 4149C won both the Robot Skills Champion award and the Excellence Award! C Team members are Elise Monson, Trystan Jelle, Abby Kiesow, Jake Ahlbeck.
“They are an awesome group of young people that put in a lot of time. They have earned all their success,” says Robotics advisor, Isaac Kvasager.
Tiffany and Ted Bowen, owners of Humbleberry Farms, greeting visitors with warm smiles and samples of their products they make and sell. And they are willing to share their knowledge of the fruit and vegetables they have available.
Humbleberry Farms is located just east of Brooks on Highway 92. It is a little hidden treasure that some are beginning to realize is there with unique products, organic and homegrown items.
