Tamara Edevold is in her 26th year as the Historical Society Executive Director. This is an area of the “1896 – The Home Place” display, which she and the museum staff designed and built, and is currently being featured at the History Museum in Shevlin. “I love telling the stories of the people,” she says. “The old stuff is awesome to have too, but it’s about the people and learning about their history.”
  Tamara Edevold was just 16 years old when she visited her first museum – the historic home of Marques DeMores in Medora, North Dakota.
