Five teams participated in the fundraiser tournament last Sunday. Included was this group of young ladies making up Team 3. Front, L-R: Madi Cullen, Mataya Sargent, Chloe Kuznia. Back: Trinity Walseth, Layla Jelle, Jamie Dougherty, Daria Waletzki, Vivian Coan.

Team 4, L-R: Dayle Larson, Tyler Schulz, Brock Olson, Marissa Lund, Kinzie Magner and McKenzie Bakken.

Hanging in there on a windy and cool day, and also taking home first place was Team 5 made up of, L-R: Tyler Gangl, Whitney Schulz, Kallie Schulz, Ashley Schulz and Kyle Klamar. Team 5 was awarded the $100 cash prize.

A sand volleyball tournament was held last Sunday as part of a Grygla Centennial Fundraiser.

Last Sunday, June 26th, five volleyball teams played a round robin. The two teams with the best record played each other for the 1st place $100 cash prize. Team 4 was 4-0 in round play and Team 5 was 3-1 in round play. Team 5 prevailed in three matches to beat team 4 out for the cash prize.

The Grygla Centennial Fundraiser was coordinated by Tonia Haack and Jodi Schulz, who also took the team photos below. $180.00 was raised at this event and will be put towards the 2017 Centennial celebration. Another tourney is being planned for July 31st.
