The Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears earned the right to play in the Section 8 9-man football championship game with their win over Kittson County Central.
They met the Stephen Argyle Storm on Thursday, November 3 at the Fargodome. They ended the season with a loss 41-22 and closed with a 6 and 5 record.

"A Gully Home Companion" show was put on at the Community Center on Saturday, October 15. A large crowd enjoyed the hour and half performance. They were raising funds to have another celebration next year on July 22, 2017.
Several acts did their part to keep the show moving swiftly.
