Patty Beckstrand retires

Patty Beckstrand is retiring at the end of this school year, after teaching for 35 years.
Patty graduated from Clearbrook High School in 1976, and continued her education at Moorhead State University. After graduation she began as a substitute teacher for Bagley and Clearbrook, before beginning full time here.
She will miss the children and seeing the progress they make, and how much they mature and grow during her time with them.
Patty has two children living in the area, and she is looking forward to spending a lot of time with her grandchildren.
Her hobbies include reading and being outdoors.
She has been a co-worker and friend of Clearbrook-Gonvick Schools’ other retiree, Linda Berg, for almost the whole of their teaching careers.
