Mark Foss was born Nov 2, 1955, in Thief River Falls, MN to Gordon and Thelma Foss. Mark was the 6th of 10 children born to this union. Mark graduated in 1973 from Marshall County Central High School in Newfolden, MN where he participated in wrestling.
In 1975 he married Debra Shuster in International Falls, MN. Mark served in the Navy and was stationed in Long Beach, CA. Mark and Debbie moved to Denver, CO where Mark started DeMark Electric Company.
After the passing of his first wife, Mark met and married Elena Koenig.
Mark Benton Foss was the Past Master of Rob Morris Lodge of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.
Mark is survived by his wife, Elena Koenig; siblings: Marvin, Richard, David, Debra Dahl, Tim, Steven, Gary and Kathy Foss, his oldest brother Ron passed away on October 12, 2015; step-children: Morgan and Chris Koenig and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by parents, grandparents, first wife Debbie. -
Services were held at Fort Logan National Cemetery 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd. Denver, CO on Thursday, October 22, 2015 12:15 PM under the direction of the Caldwell-Kirk Mortuary of Denver, CO.
