Salvina (Sally) Bertina Anderson

Salvina (Sally) Bertina Anderson was born August 21, 1919 in Bagley, MN. She loved her family growing up and married Arnold Anderson at 21. Together, they moved to Portland, Oregon and raised 3 wonderful daughters (Janet, Corrinne and Mary). Sally and Arnold had 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren that she enjoyed immensely. She also had a unique ceramic candy dish (always full) that her grandchildren (and great grandchildren) enjoyed immensely. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Sally had a confident hope for her future. She is remembered for her meticulous sewing skills, baking cookies with her grandchildren, an enviable dill pickle recipe, her extensive china tea cup collection, a generous smile and frequent laughter. People were always welcome in her loving home (with coffee and snacks!). She was well loved by her family and friends. She went to rest peacefully on February 20, 2018.
