Death Notice for Diane Paulin

Diane Fay Paulin, 65, of Bagley, MN died on November 4, 2017 at her home in Bagley, Minnesota.

As per Diane’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. A Celebration of Life at a later date will be announced.  The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.

Diane was born on September 24, 1952 at Clearbrook, Minnesota the daughter of Adolf and Olga (Neslund) Landmark.  Diane attended in Bagley Elementary School and graduated from Clearbook High School in 1970.  While growing up, her family had Dairy Cows and she was very active in 4-H.  showing her cow at the Minnesota State Fairs for many years.  After graduation, she moved to Detroit, Michigan and lived there for 20 years.  While living there she worked at a bank as a bookkeeper.  Diane moved back to Clearbrook in 1992 and worked at Thrifty White, formerly Pratt Pharmacy.  Diane married Rick Paulin on May 23, 2009 at Lake Itasca, Minnesota.  In 2014, Diane had to retire due to medical reasons.  She loved to putz in her flower garden, fish and go for 4-wheeler rides.  Diane enjoyed going to the casino and making lefse.   

She is survived by her husband – Rick Paulin of Bagley, MN

Mother-in-law – Sandy Smith of Lake Itasca, MN

Father-in-law – Roger Smith of Lake Itasca, MN

Brother – Merle (Valerie) Landmark of Milwaukee, WI

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother – Gerald, her sister – Linda and her step-father – Elmer Syverson.
