Fosston Coop Board meeting March 26

The Fosston Tri-Coop held its Annual Meeting Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Ventures Bar & Grill. It was a great turnout with over 70 in attendance. Highlights from the meeting included the review of audit, which stated a profit for the year of $308,383, distribution of dividends back to patrons of $200,000, and working capital of over $3.5 million. They handled over 3 million bushels of grain, 152,000 bushels of seed and 14,000 tons of fertilizer. Two directors (Peter Imle and John Rudnik) were elected to a three-year term.
