Garden Valley Technologies (GVT) will hold its 121st Annual Membership Meeting on June 2, 2026, at 10:30 am at Win-E-Mac School in Erskine, MN, with live viewing available on GVT Local Channels.
GVT uses a petition-based nomination process for Board of Directors candidates. Petition packets will be available beginning January 13, 2026, at GVT retail locations in Erskine, Bagley, and Thief River Falls, or online at www.gvtel.com.
Completed petitions must be signed by 15 eligible GVT members from the candidate’s District and submitted January 26 through March 4, 2026.
Director seats up for election in 2026:
District 2: Brooks, Erskine, Mentor
District 5: Fosston, Lengby
District 8: CLEC and National Members, including Bejou,
Thief River Falls, and Warren
Qualified candidates will be posted on GVT’s website by April 8, 2026. Voting will be available by mail, electronic ballot, or in person at the Annual Meeting. Mail and electronic voting close May 28, 2026.
