U of M Cow/Calf Days Event to be held in Fosston on January 27
McIntosh, MN- (1/5/2026)  University of Minnesota Extension will be holding the 53 annual Cow/Calf Days workshop in Fosston on Tuesday, January 27th starting at 5:30 pm at Ventures Bar & Grill. 
This event continues to be the leading information, technology, and research outlet for cow/calf producers in the state of Minnesota. This year’s event will feature information on: 
Resurgence of Long-Lost Problems
Mineral Nutrition for Cows and Calves
Critical Cow Nutrition
Beef Research Updates
A tradeshow will run alongside the program, showcasing vendors with new technologies, financial tools, and practical products for today’s operations. 
The workshop is open to the cow/calf producers, agriculture industries professionals. The $10 registration fee, payable by cash or check, includes a meal, proceedings book, and program materials. The program is approximately three hours.
