Aaron Espeseth, 33, died tragically on October 17, 2022.
Aaron Christopher Espeseth was born on January 19, 1989, to Tony and Julie (Ripp) Espeseth in rural Winger, MN.
Aaron was a graduate of Mahnomen High School. He loved working outdoors with big equipment. He used those skills while working in the Alaskan oil fields, fiber-optic cabling, being a farmhand, and also co-owned a pole building construction business until he suffered numerous back injuries that left him in chronic pain. Most recently, Aaron was an owner/operator of a semi-truck, bringing along his faithful canine companion, Dexter, on all his trips.
Aaron enjoyed family time at the lake including wakeboarding, saunas, campfires, jet-skiing and tubing, in addition to hunting. He always knew how to make someone laugh and smile and he loved his family deeply.
Aaron was a loving father to his sons, Aiden and Liam Espeseth, who were the lights of his life. In addition to his sons, Aaron is survived by his soulmate and fiancé, Kelsey Bingham and bonus son, Wesley Bingham; his parents, Julie and Tony Espeseth; sisters, Kayla Espeseth (Jay Amin) and Lisa Espeseth; grandmother, Marie Ripp; loyal friends: Megan Morlock (mother to Aiden), Gabby Morlock, Drew Renna, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents: James Ripp, and Arnold and Joyann Espeseth.
A Funeral Mass was held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at St. Lawrence’s Catholic Church in Mentor, MN. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the church. Private family Inurnment was in Calvary Lutheran Cemetery, Winger.
