Paul Carlson honored with a Quilt of Valor

Over 300 people were present when Paul Carlson was presented a Quilt of Valor by Kathryn Carver during the 10th Annual Caring Friends Concert held at the Bagley High School on Saturday, February 11th.

Paul is a Vietnam veteran from Winger. During his time in the military his job was to keep the Cobra Helicopters repaired.

The quilt is an honor that the Quilts of Valor program started a few years back. The group is out of Fosston, and they make approximately 15 to 20 quilts each year to present to area veterans.
