Rolene Jean Davis

Rolene Jean Davis, age 82, of Bagley, Minnesota passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at her home in Shevlin, Minnesota.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026 starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Davis Residence, 25275 240th Street, Shevlin, Minnesota 56676. Interment will be held at a later date at Stavanger Lutheran Cemetery in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.

Rolene was born on July 22, 1943, to Robert and Tillie (Schoon) Barrows in Driscoll, North Dakota. She graduated from Bismarck High School in 1961 and, on October 18, 1964, married David Lee Davis in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Rolene dedicated 30 years of her career as a financial accountant with Ottertail County Nursing Service before retiring. Outside of work, she found great joy in cooking, baking, and tending to her beautiful flower gardens.

Rolene is survived by her husband, David Davis; son, Jeffrey; daughter-in-law, Mandy; grandsons, Wyatt and Garret; granddaughters, Stella and Ashley; and great-grandchildren, Adien, Evelyn and Jeremiah.

Rolene was preceded in death by her son, James Lee Davis; parents, Robert and Tillie Barrows; and sisters, Iris and Bobbie.
