The 12th Annual Pine Lake Fishing Derby was held on Saturday, July 11. The largest fish was caught by Rick “Uncle Buck” Cameron from Peotone, ILL. The northern weighed 14 pounds and 8 ounces. Gus Farnworth of Gully caught this 1lb 3 oz crappie. Entry fee was 100% payback for all the participants. The event was co-sponsored by the Gonvick Lions Club and Sportsman’s Lodge at Pine Lake. Devin Aakre was in charge of the event.
