This Saturday, celebrate 127 years of service with the McIntosh Fire & Rescue Squad

Join the McIntosh Fire and Rescue Squad at the 127th Annual Fireman's Ball that will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at The Club Bar & Grill in McIntosh.

Each Year, the Fire and Rescue Squad hosts the Fireman's Ball in appreciation for the support received from all those they proudly serve in the City and rural areas of McIntosh.

The firemen will be mailing out tickets to all they serve for the ball. The cost of the tickets  helps with the Squad's ability to purchase much needed equipment and supplies needed to serve our community. 

Members of the McIntosh Fire ad Rescue Squad (with their years of service) are: Fire Chief, Justin Shultz (8 yrs.), Assistant Chief, Toby Strom (13 yrs.), Bernie Marshall (16 yrs.), Gary Schommer (30 yrs.), Mark Thompson (22 yrs.), Clay Syverson (21 yrs.), Ron Lemer (21 yrs.), Steve Olson (20 yrs.), Mark Strom (18 yrs.), Ken Kasprzak (17 yrs.), Kris Johnson (15 yrs.), Rick Grove (10 yrs.), Dean Roy (10 yrs.), Dave Senn (9 yrs.), Tamera Ostenaa (8 yrs.), Tanya Hamre (7 yrs.), Brook Johnson (5 yrs.), Mark Simonson (5 yrs.), Josh Long (1 yr.), and new member Julie Christianson. 

Door prizes this year include a 17 HMR Rifle, 2 - $50 gift certificates to Jered's Grocery, Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors, as well as an Electric Grill donated by Ottertail Power. You do not need to be present to win and can mail or drop off your ticket stubs with payment to the City Clerk during business hours. If you do plan to attend, please keep your ticket portion of the stub for entrance to the ball. Additional raffle tickets will be available the night of the ball, as well.

Music will begin at 9:00 pm and be provided by DJ "Sound Sensations".
