Sons of Norway May Event

The Granlund Lodge #240 of the Sons of Norway will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 pm, Thursday, May 14, at the Embassy Community Center in Fosston.  After the meeting, hotdogs and ice cream will be served in honor of Norwegian Independence Day, Syttende Mai, which is May 17th!  The program features Tim Johnson who will share and show his collection of local historic artifacts and include stories of settlers from NE Columbia Township.  As always,  the meeting, lunch and program are all open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.
