Garfield Lake Ice Racers

     The Garfield Lake Ice Racers were back on the ice on Sunday February 1st following a week off due to the cold conditions last Sunday.   A total of 27 ice racers in the two classes competed in two complete sets of races on the track located on Garfield Lake in Laporte,Mn.  Entry to the track is located just south of Laporte with free admission for fans with races starting at noon each Sunday.  20 cars entered in the A Main division and 7 in the Youth class.

  Feature winners in the "youth" class were Landon Weeks and Liam Schow.  In the "Main" races Josh Seeleye picked up two feature wins.
