Fosston Tri-Coop Annual Meeting held

The Fosston Tri-Coop held its Annual Meeting last Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Ventures Bar & Grill.  It was one of the Co-op's largest meetings with over 100 patrons in attendance.  Highlights from the meeting included the financial report which stated a $250,000 dividend, profit for the year of $649,783, a local net profit of $233,274 and working capital of over $2.8 million.  Three new directors (Richard Balstad, Curtis Bartz and Jim Steinmetz) were elected to a three-year term.
