Fosston Tri-Coop Annual Meeting

The Fosston Tri-Coop held its Annual Meeting last Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Ventures Bar & Grill.  It was a great turnout with 68 in attendance. Highlights from the meeting included the review of audit, which stated a loss for the year of $313,000, working capital of over $2.7 million and no long-term debt. Capital purchases for the year included a new bin at the McIntosh location, a new grain vac, a couple of augers and a technology update.  Two directors, Nathan Sweep and Mike Affeldt, were elected to a three-year term.
