Community Veteran’s Day programs this Friday

Win-E-Mac School
The Win-E-Mac School in conjunction with area Veteran’s organizations will be holding a Veteran’s Day program at the high school gymnasium on Friday, November 11th at 9:00 a.m.  We are inviting all veterans and community members to attend this very special program.  Veteran’s Day gives all of us a chance to honor and thank those who have served and sacrificed in order to preserve our freedom. 
The Program Agenda includes: Presentation of Colors; Pledge of Allegiance; National Anthem – Performed by the Sr. High Band; Welcoming Remarks from Lee Hoaas; Elementary 4-6 Grade Choir will be singing:  “Thank You Veterans” by Teresa Jennings; Guest Speaker ; Senior High Choir will be singing:  “We Honor You” by Roger Emerson (Accompanist:  Diane Boucher); Quilts of Valor Presentation; HS Band will perform “Marches of the Armed Forces” by Michael Sweeney; Flag Folding Ceremony/Presentation; Recognition of all Veterans/Closing Remarks – Lee Hoaas; Taps; Retiring of Colors. 
All Community Members are welcome to attend this event.
McIntosh Senior Living
The Annual Veteran’s Day Program will be held at McIntosh Senior Living Nursing Home on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm. There will be a speaker, Veteran’s Day poems, American songs sun, and Quilts of Valor presentation. 
All Veteran’s and Auxiliary members are encouraged to attend to support the Veteran’s at the Nursing Home. Lunch will be served after the program.
