Santa Claus Day in Trail had all the children drawing on the chalk board at the old school. Santa also made his appearance and children were drawing for prizes that were donated.

Of the fourteen teams that raised money for Trails to Treatments, the team that came out on top, raising $15,200 for the year, was the Gentilly Rocky Ridge Riders. Jerry Wraa, 70, of Leonard, served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a combat engineer from 1968 to 1969. He is chaplain of Bemidji VFW Post 1260 as well as for Clearbrook American Legion Post 256. His involvement and dedication to veterans’ causes found him leaping from an airplane for the first time in his life. The sequence of Jerry Wraa’s skydive event is captured in these photos.
