$2,200 was raised for Retrieving Freedom Inc. This is the 5th year for Giddyup Gonvick. For the first 3 years money was raised for the Wounded Warrior project and the last two years for Retrieving Freedom Inc.  We are truly grateful for the community coming together every year and supporting us.
The Gonvick Lions Rodeo was a spectacular event. Thirty-Five contestants won prizes. The Bareback Riding winner was Al Wolf from Clara City. Evon Quern and Joan Senger, Gonvick-Trail graduates of 1964 and 1969 were the Grand Marshal’s for the 25th Gonvick Lions Rodeo parade. They have been very helpful in getting the rodeo book ready for printing for the Lions Club. The Lions members appreciate what they have done.
