The 24th Annual Grygla Cup was held on Saturday, February 4th, at the Brian W. Olson Memorial Arena. Taking home the first place trophy for the 12th consecutive year was the Grygla Flames team.

The boys basketball team held Parent’s Night last Thursday evening in Grygla. The Chargers hosted Roseau and won in an exciting and intense DOUBLE OVERTIME! The final score was 83-78. Seniors and their parents were honored prior to the game.

The 24-12 win last Friday evening puts the Chargers at 2-0. GG defeated Win-E-Mac on the field in Goodridge last Friday night with Head Coach John Wilebski saying, “Line play has been fantastic for the Chargers. Great job guys! It will be needed vs. Ada-Borup this Friday!”

A volleyball jamboree was held in Grygla last Thursday, August 25th. The event was for the JV and V teams; Grygla/Goodridge JV team is now coached by Tori Davidson, while the new varsity head coach is Brooke Olson.
