Steve Morinville, 66 of Brooks, MN, went home to be with our Lord, on Wednesday January 3, 2024 at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND with his loving family by his side.
Per Steve’s wishes, no services will be held.
Steven Paul Morinville was born November 1, 1957 in Red Lake Falls, MN the son of Emmitt Mark and Theresa Lucy (Desautel) Morinville. Steve attended school in Brooks, MN and graduated from Oklee High School with the class of 1975.
Steve married his high school sweetheart, Tammy Christianson on March 26, 1977 in Oklee, MN and to this union three wonderful children were born, Craig, Tanya and Nick.
They lived in Brooks, MN for a short time before settling in Wyoming where he worked in the oil field. In 1992, the family returned to live in Brooks where Steve worked as an owner/operator in trucking. Steve was very proud to work alongside his sons.
Steve loved the outdoors, some of his favorites include riding his Harley Davidson, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and spending as much time as he could with his loving family.
Steve enjoyed telling a good story!
Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Tammy; children, Craig (Tiffany) Morinville, Tanya (Rob) Bakken and Nick (Steph) Morinville all of Brooks, MN; grandchildren, Cordell, Abi, Isabelle, Neala, Eva, Abigail, Marissa, Noah, Adriel, Kaleb, Taya, Kya; great-granddaughter, Lydia; siblings, Gary (Maureen), Sharon, Wanda (Gary), Phyllis (Bob), Colleen (David), Sylvia (John), Gayle (Pat), Scott (Judy), Keith (Wendy); and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Alden.
