New Owners take over at Trails End Bar

Aric and Misty Bjerklie have taken ownership of Trails End Bar in Trail. They purchased the business from Dani Watne. 

They have been busy getting used to running their new business. They have developed a new menu including a Trail Blazer Steak. They have daily specials including, Taco Tuesday, Wings on Wednesday, Pork  Chops on Thursday night and Friday night is burger night. Saturday and Sunday they have various specials along with the steak and pork chops. 

They plan to have Pool tournaments every Friday night except when the space is scheduled for special events. They have room for dances, wedding receptions, birthdays and anniversaries.

The Trails End is closed on Monday but open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 1:00 and on Sunday from noon to midnight.

A place open this many hours needs helpers and they have MyKenzie and Jaret Larson and Jami, Justice and Haven. Winter time is extra work besides the regular duties of waiting on customers, cooking food, cleaning, stocking shelves, ordering, taking out the garbage but they also have to fire up the wood stove to make it cozy inside. Richard Bjerklie helped to get a load of wood ready for the outside wood stove.

They have also been getting some changes done. They have added a bar in the space in the dance area and fixing up the women's bathroom. They would like to give the outside of the building a face lift this summer.

They are very busy people as they also have other jobs. Misty has been working with Domestic Violence for the past six years covering Hubbard, Cass and Clearwater Counties. Aric works for Gunvalson Farms.

They live in their home on the north end of Pine Lake.
