Koch Pipeline Company Donates Boat to Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office

Clearbrook, Minn. – Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. donated a boat, outboard boat motor, and boat trailer to the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office today to supplement search and rescue operations and assist with general water enforcement.
This is the second donation that KPL has made in Clearwater County this year, following a July donation of emergency response equipment and materials to the Clearbook Fire Department. The total value of today’s donation is $8,500.
“We are grateful to Koch Pipeline for their generosity and partnership,” added Clearwater County Sheriff Darin Halverson. “These donations will be invaluable to our office and will particularly enable us to respond more quickly to incidents in northern Clearwater County.”
“Koch Pipeline appreciates the important work that emergency responders do to keep their communities safe,” said Dave Stecher, vice president of Northern Operations for KPL. “This donation is part of our ongoing commitment to be a good neighbor in the communities where we operate.”
