Area kindergarten and first grade students receive trick-or-treat bags from Garden Valley Telephone

Garden Valley Telephone Company, in celebration of National Co-op Month, delivered trick-or-treat bags filled with a box of crayons and a color book to kindergarten and first grade students in 35 classrooms at 9 schools located within Garden Valley’s service area.
