The University of Minnesota Crookston women’s basketball team announced the signing of Dana Melby a senior at Clearbrook-Gonvick High School, to a National Letter of Intent. She will be attending the University of Minnesota Crookston and playing on the women’s basketball team. Watching her sign the letter were her two coaches at the school, Head Coach Ross Faldet and Coach Bob Westrum.
CROOKSTON, Minn. – The University of Minnesota Crookston women’s basketball team announced the signing of Dana Melby (G, 5-10, Gonvick, Minn./Clearbrook-Gonvick H.S.) to a National Letter of Intent.
New owners of the Gonvick Meat Market are Ben and Shelly Helberg shown on the left. They signed the papers as of Thursday, March 31 with Roger and Gail Crane.
The Gonvick Meat Market has been around for one hundred and twelve years. New owners have taken over as of March 31, 2022.

After a 2-year hiatus, the Grygla Firemen’s Supper was a go this year, and a successful one at that! Last Sunday, the crew served 350 community members their famous menu of roast beef, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and corn!
