The original church as it stood in Lambert, MN, a litte over a mile as the crow flies, was moved to the new town of Oklee in 1917. St. Francis Xavier as it looks today. Fr. J. Archambault was responsible for the building of the original church building, measuring 40 feet by 90 feet in 1899.
