Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

       Selena Jourdain and her daughter Ivy Rosebear, both enrolled members of the Red Lake Naton, have been selected to perform with Native Pride Productions in the 2025 Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.

        The event will be televised on NBS and Peacock on Thanksgiving Day morning.  They will be performing in their jingle dresses, along with other dancers from around the country representing various dance styles. Selena has been performing around the country with Native Pride Productions since she was 12 years and participated in the parade back then. Her daughter, Ivy, was brought into the circle when she could walk and has attended numerous pow wows around the region with her mom. The two have also performed side by side at performances in Florida and Minneapolis in recent years.
